All residential chain link will be built to the same high standards unless specified otherwise with the customer. Our construction includes:
- Strong Corner Posts: All corner posts are built with strong CQ 20 galvanized steel posts to provide maximum stability.
- Quality Materials: We use 11 gauge chain link with 17 gauge top rail for durability and longevity.
- Superior Design: While we could use lighter gauge corner posts, we prioritize sturdiness to ensure your fence isn't going anywhere.
What Does "Galvanized" Mean?
"Galvanized" refers to a process in which steel or iron is coated with a layer of zinc to protect it from rust and corrosion. This coating creates a barrier between the metal and the elements, like water and air, which helps the steel stay strong and last longer.
Understanding Gauge
"Gauge" refers to the thickness of posts and wire. The lower the gauge number, the thicker and stronger the material. For example, our 11 gauge chain link is thicker and stronger than a 12 gauge option.
